This oil rubbed bronze top mount faucet design makes it very simple to install. There is no need to climb underneath the counter because the unique toggle bolt design allows for tightening the faucet down from above the counter. The quick connect fittings on the bottom of the faucet makes it perfect fit for air gap and non air gap applications.
